CollectorCarList started with a simple frustration: buying and selling collector cars shouldn't require navigating bloated auction platforms, paying thousands in fees, or dealing with slick dealer markups. We wanted something cleaner — a place where enthusiasts could connect directly, share detailed specs, and make deals on their own terms.

So we built it. A peer-to-peer marketplace with a $5 flat listing fee, no buyer premiums, and no hidden costs. Every listing is packed with the details that actually matter: engine specs, transmission type, service history, known flaws, and high-resolution photos. We believe transparency builds trust, and trust moves metal.

What makes us different

We're not trying to be an auction house. We're not trying to be a dealer network. We're a classifieds platform with taste — built with the same care you'd put into a numbers-matching restoration. The community upvotes great listings, the interface stays out of the way, and the cars speak for themselves.

The $5 listing

Why $5? Because free listings attract junk, and percentage-based fees punish sellers of high-value cars. Five dollars is enough to keep listings serious and the platform clean, without making anyone think twice. Your listing stays active for 90 days — enough time to find the right buyer who appreciates what you've got.

Who we are

CollectorCarList is run by a small team of enthusiasts who've spent too many weekends in garages, at cars & coffee meetups, and browsing auction results at 2 AM. We're based in the United States and we're building the marketplace we always wished existed.
